Graphic that you will not distort badly when we

nukes your noodle!
I will use the word graphic for either tube
or graphic.

Preparation and a Maintaining Quality
when resizing method.

2 Edit /Copy
3 Close out your graphic
4 Edit/Paste as new Image

Ok… now we are ready to make the frame.
FRAME
A word about the borders. The idea behind the
borders is to have 3 parts… 5 pixels anyway,
5 solid black and then 5 anyway you choose.
Use any color combinations.
So you can make a 2 + 1 + 2 (=5) pixels if you like,
then 5 pixels solid black followed by 5 more pixels
anyway you choose.
I will keep it simple for this tut.
By the way…do not add bevels, cutouts or shadows
until you are told to do so.
1 Image/Add Borders = 5 freestyle
All borders will be symmetric for this tutorial.
2 Image/Add Borders = 5 The mandatory BLACK!
3 Image/Add Borders = 5 freestyle
Tip: You might like to select the 2 outside
small borders (not the black!) with the Wand
and fill them...maybe with gold or whatever.

4 Adjust/Brightness Contrast if needed to make the
color/depth font compatible… so you can read your

Other possibilities would be to add a Raster

or/and
Resize it for a better appearance.
