After Thoughts:  During testing we had some
using this tile as a fill in SideBorder stats which
OE and Outlook users can certainly relate to.
One problem that came up was the SB tile did
not turn out seamless due to people not
quick tiling it  ie step 22 or they did not
understand that when you use a 150x150 tile
what you fill has to be a multiple of 150 on the
height since only the edges of your tile are
seamless... so your height needs to be either
150, 300,450 etc.
Using dark colors for the fills seems to lead to
undesirable results..thusly I have recommended
light pastel colors as fills.

 Remember to Watermark your creations!
